The Encounter 290 Fleece Zip-T is built for late-season whitetail hunts when remaining stationary and motionless throughout the course of the day is vital to success. It features a high-loft brushed interior that traps warm air and transports moisture from your base layers, so you stay warm and dry. The face fabric is tightly woven for durability yet remains breathable and silent when in movement.

This Zip-T can be worn as a mid-layer in frigid temperatures and serves as an outer layer as the daytime temperatures rise. It features a pass-through hand pocket to keep your hands warm, a raised collar for added protection, thumb holes for coverage and ease of layering, and a raglan sleeve with side panel and underarm gusset for unrestricted mobility.

It’s sized with a mid-layer fit so it comfortably layers over a base layer and under a Proximity Insulated Jacket, all in the same size.

Fit & Layering

This mid-layer top is designed to go over a base layer and under an outer layer, all in the same size. Only upsize if you measure between sizes or prefer a loose fit.
